    We offer various shipping methods depending on your location and order value:

    • Free Shipping: Orders ₱5,000 and above within Metro Manila and Cavite qualify for free delivery.

    • Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders below ₱5,000 within Metro Manila and Cavite are charged a flat rate of ₱250.

    • Provincial Shipping: Shipping fees outside Metro Manila and Cavite are calculated based on destination and order weight. You will see the exact cost at checkout.

    Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Metro Manila & Cavite: 2–3 business days

    • Luzon regions: 3–5 business days

    • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days

    Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, adverse weather conditions, or regional events.

    Q: Do you offer order tracking?
    Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

    Q: What if I am not available to receive my delivery?
    Our courier will attempt to contact you via phone. If unsuccessful, they will leave a delivery notice. Two failed attempts may result in additional shipping fees for redelivery.

    In compliance with the Philippine Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), we offer refunds and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided that:

    • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

    • The original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is presented.

    • The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

    Q: What items cannot be returned?
    For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Products that have been installed, used, or altered.

    • Custom-made or specially ordered items.

    • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

    We take product quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or factory-defective item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement:
