Romeo Silawan is the General Manager of Morethanall Industrial Trading Inc., responsible for providing executive oversight and strategic direction in the supply of architectural hardware and building solutions for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
He has extensive experience working with major Philippine developers, consultants, and contractors, having previously served as Country Manager for Merino Laminates and Athmer Door Seals, where he managed nationwide project specifications, developer accreditation requirements, and long-term supply arrangements. He also held senior leadership roles as National Sales Head for ASSA ABLOY and National Business Development Head for James Hardie Philippines, supporting high-rise residential, office, hospitality, and institutional projects nationwide.
Internationally, he served as Project Sales Head for Mainland Plumbing in Lae, Papua New Guinea, for 3 years, overseeing project coordination, technical compliance, and phased delivery for large construction projects.
Romeo is a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering graduate from the University of San Carlos (USC). He combines technical competency with disciplined commercial management, ensuring adherence to developer standards, quality assurance requirements, contractual obligations, and project timelines, and is committed to long-term, professional partnerships aligned with the governance and sustainability objectives of the Top developers of our country today.
